FOOT AND NAIL CARE

A relaxed body means healthy feet. Taking a moment to care for your feet is also a guarantee of optimal relaxation.

You will need...

gentle soap
cleansing milk
aromatic bath salts
aromatic scrub salts
white clay
orange blossom water
honey and essential oils mask
foot care oil
nail strengthening stylus

PROCEDURE

1. Gently clean feet with warm water and soap.

2. Remove all traces of varnish.

3. Remove make-up from hands with cleansing milk.

4. Soak hands in warm water with aromatic bath salts for ten minutes.

5. Scrub hands with salts flavored with essential oils.

6. Rinse hands.

7. Apply white clay mixed with orange blossom water (or water). Leave on for 15 minutes.

8. Rinse off.

9. A mask with honey and essential oils can be applied for 15 minutes for optimal hydration.

10. Apply foot care oil and massage in with gentle circular movements.

11. Apply fortifying oil to nails.
