INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
For internal consumption, the oil can be taken with honey or with a vegetable oil, mixing half a teaspoon with a large spoon of honey or oil.
For external use, it can be inhaled (add a few drops of Nigella oil to a bowl of hot water before inhaling), and when combined with another vegetable oil, it can be used for a massage, or be applied to the hair to strengthen it.
