This cold-pressed Nigella oil is an excellent regulator for the immune system. It also helps fight against joint pains and hair loss.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
For internal consumption, the oil can be taken with honey or with a vegetable oil, mixing half a teaspoon with a large spoon of honey or oil.
For external use, it can be inhaled (add a few drops of Nigella oil to a bowl of hot water before inhaling), and when combined with another vegetable oil, it can be used for a massage, or be applied to the hair to strengthen it.
